To expedite the process, please include your order number and photos of the defect. We must receive your notification within 7 days of the delivery date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you a replacement of the same item.
Made-to-Order Items: Because our items are made-to-order with your chosen design and size, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects. Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and design, before completing your purchase.
Non-Defective Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, such as if you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind.
